7 people, 5 languages and 2 days feature in this international recruitment campaign for DELL.

We’ve worked with DELL Technologies for over 5 years producing a wide range of content. On this occasion, Dell came to us with an issue they were having regarding recruitment video.

They were having difficulty recruiting for a very specific role, the Technical Sales Representative (TSR).

We sat down with them and worked out a plan to create a recruitment video featuring the current TSRs, talking about a day in their lives as well as highlighting the unique values and culture at Dell.

We shot and edited the video across 2 days to focus on some of the key points that Dell wanted to highlight: collaboration, work/life balance, people-first approach and career progression.

Day 1 of the video was filmed in office settings and in formal work clothing and day 2 was filmed in casual settings with casual clothing. This was designed to help show the fact that Dell has a strong focus on work/life balance and hybrid working.

The video was filmed at DELL’s UK HQ in Chiswick, London. TSR’s from all across Europe were flown in specifically for filming. The interviews were conducted in English, French, Dutch, Danish and Spanish.

The video was then cut together using contemporary editing techniques to give it an informal, friendly feel. The final video was also translated into 6 different languages.

On top of that, we produced several versions optimised for social media. These versions were short-form, utilised big bold text and bright colours to really chime with social media users.

The videos attracted top talent and reinforced Dell Technologies’ position as a global leader.
